Johnathon Cuevas was my installer and went above and beyond in his performance. He was polite and professional and when I asked about the price on changing out the old shut off valve he said he’d do it for free. This involves taking down the newly involved water heater to gain access (which I didn’t know at the time). He did it all with a smile on his face. Everything was installed correctly and works great. This is on top of the best price I could find for my area. (Another company I called wanted almost $2000, versus the $1400 I paid here and that was with a more expensive unit). Got into contact with them through Lowe’s (other company was through Home Depot I turned them down due to price), and they called within an hour of buying the heater and installed it the same day. 10/10 fantastic service would recommend to anyone.
